Verdant Solar eyes ACE Market listing

PETALING JAYA: Verdant Solar Holdings Bhd is eyeing a listing on the ACE Market of Bursa Malaysia.

The company is principally involved in the provision of engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning services for solar photovoltaic systems, operations and maintenance services for solar photovoltaic systems and trading of solar products.

In its prospectus exposure, released yesterday, the company said its initial public offering will entail the public issue of 142 million new ordinary shares.

Of this, 40.88 million new shares will be made available for application by the Malaysian public; while 25 million shares will be available for application by the eligible directors, employees and persons who have contributed to the success of the company.
