Tuju Setia bags RM264mil high-rise apartment project

PETALING JAYA: Tuju Setia Bhd has secured a contract from MKH Bhd for the development of a high-rise apartment project in Makhota Cheras, Selangor worth RM264mil.

In a statement, Tuju Setia said construction is set to span 34 months, with the commencement date to be finalised soon.

“The latest contract marks the group’s first project win in 2025 and the second project awarded by MKH, after Jernih Residence. The group has a solid project pipeline, with earnings visibility till 2028.”

Tuju Setia said the contract win has boosted its orderbook to a record high of RM2.1bil.

The company said the apartment project, called Residensi Naluri, is a freehold and transit-oriented development.

“The project features two 30-storey blocks and two 37-storey blocks, complete with facilities, car parks and an iconic surau.

“The project is strategically located near MRT Bandar Tun Hussein Onn, an international school and several local schools, with seamless accessibility via major highways including Lebuhraya Cheras-Kajang and Lebuhraya Kajang Silk.”
